The Cover Letter Single Release and Interview
If you have not had the opportunity to check out Austin’s high energy indie- folk band, The Cover Letter you are in luck! You can catch them at their single release show today (May 18th) at Mohawk. The Cover Letter’s members Jacob Shipman, Jarrod Nall, Evan Runyon, Angie Vanegas, Fletcher Inzer, and Patrick Barrow click together musically in a special way. Vocal synchronization and professional musicianship take this act to a different level. Their melodies will stick in your head and the powerful live performance that is their hallmark will have you eager to download all their music (Bandcamp). The set list will likely include old classics and certainly the new single that dropped today, “Lies.” The song is available on most streaming services. Today’s lineup also features Chill Russell who will be celebrating their self titled debut album along with Austin surf rock band Shark Rider.
