Exclusive – Song Premiere: Wild Heaven single Dust In The Night Sky officially drops June 26

With extreme pleasure The Cosmic Clash has been asked and accepted to premiere and review the new single from Austin psychgaze act Wild Heaven, which is set to be released on June 26. It’s the first single from their upcoming sophomore album due in 2027 and the first to include their new guitarist Blake Bowles. The song is produced by Matt Parmenter and recorded at his Ice Cream Factory Studio.

“Dust In The Night Sky” is pure fuzzed out psychedelic bliss, barreling in like an unstoppable freight train with Laura Blewitt’s powerful vocals leading the way until Asa Pollack joins in on harmony vocals, taking it to the next level. Bowles’ swirling guitar riffs add a shoegazy vibe that is instantly infectious, while Andi LaGrone’s precision-style drumming keeps it all on a steady course to the end.

The deeply personal and evocative song, is inspired by a night Blewitt spent at Burning Flipside – a Texas regional art and music festival inspired by Burning Man, and reckoning with questionable decisions made while energized by a wild and sleepless night of laser lights, drones and electronic music.

Do yourself a favor and add this song to your summer playlist when it drops in a few days. Listen to “Dust in the Night Sky” below.

Wild Heaven’s Summer ‘26 Dust Tour will be starting with a show at the Taylor Pride Festival on June 27th and at Hotel Vegas on June 28th with The Midnight Papers & Maiden. If you’re lucky, you even may be able to grab one of their limited edition 7” of the new single pressed by Bleached 45s.
