Read MoreAfter covering The Bright Light Social Hour for nearly a decade, since their debut album The Bright Light Social Hour dropped, I can honestly say I couldn’t be more excited for the group. If you clicked the link, you saw tens of thousands of plays their debut has on Soundcloud which isn’t even the most popular streaming platform they’re found on. The band was hot. You couldn’t turn on KUT (KUTX didn’t exist yet) without hearing one of the band’s singles.

The Party Cups Tour kicks off this Friday (September 27) at Beerland for the Peyote Coyote Residency #4. The Party Cups tour continues with a stop in the mysterious West Texas town of Marfa at the Lost Horse Saloon. The tour then heads off to the furthest reaches of the beautiful west Texas desert to El Paso, then across the enchanted state of New Mexico stoping in Parse Seco and the Albuquerque. Kay Odyssey will rock out in Phoenix (Scotsdale) as the tour reaches the idyllic West Coast making tour stops in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
