Video Premiere: Good Field release Halloween themed clip

Austin indie rock / shoegaze four-piece Good Field released a new song and accompanying video, “Coyote” today. The song is part of a larger collection of tracks the Austin band has recorded over the years that will be compiled into a full-length record entitled Coyote. Jim Eno (Spoon) provided engineering and production on the record. Dan Duszynski (Loma, Cross Record) mastered the tracks which include this ode to living free that B Movie filmmaker, Zachary Scott transformed into a werewolf themed story just in time for Halloween.

Album Review: Gorillaz Song Machine Season One is their best work

Song Machine is being introduced in progress, with seven of the ultimate 17 tracks released to date. Gorillaz have been dropping new tracks for the series at a rate of one every two months. Album Review: The Strokes “The New Abnormal” dropped this month

In 2001, The Strokes released their debut album, Is This It, injecting a new energy throughout the rock music scene.  By 2002, their profound influence was evident as a plethora of similar bands emerged.  The Strokes’ signature sound has since been one of the most recognizable. Since then, the New York quintet has released multiple records, not often venturing far from the recognizable accompaniment that has defined them since.  Their new album, however, displays growth and new territory for The Strokes.
