It’s going to be a blockbuster October for Austin shows fans with Austin City Limits Music Festival and LEVITATION Festival bracketing the beginning and end of the month. Besides two very Austin music festivals, Smashing Pumpkins, Pavement, The Black Keys with TCC alumni, The Velveteers, Indigo Girls and Interpol are all on tap this month. If you’re not going to see live music in Austin this month, you might be doing it wrong.

Today LEVITATION dropped a doozy of a lineup and put tickets on sale for the festival which takes place October 27-30 in various downtown Austin venues featuring headlining sets from King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, Osees and Jesus and Mary Chain. Cosmic Clash favorite, Osees (formerly Thee Ohsees) is playing all four nights of the festival, which is music to our ears.
